Metronidazole Vaginal Gel 0.75% is indicated for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis in non-pregnant women. Metronidazole is a nitroimidazole antimicrobial agent that disrupts DNA synthesis in susceptible anaerobic bacteria. The gel is administered intravaginally and comes with an applicator for ease of use.
